Moodle Mobile saw the light on the outstanding warmth of April, 2013. An since then, the reception has carried on with the fervor. Something which the developers at Moodle HQ have responded with attention to feedback.
This explains why offline was a big deal for this release. Adding to Quizzes and SCORM packages, 3.1.3 adds messaging, course notes, surveys, forum posting, wiki entry creation and assignments into things you can do offline now.
For assignments, offline submissions will eventually require internet connection to upload. Compliance with deadline is evaluated by the time of the upload.
Other performance improvements will also make Moodle Mobile feel faster, intuitive and under control.
This advances are only beginning, in Moodle’s quest to offer a ubiquitious learning experience to all users.
