Moodle Question banks are place for teachers to create, preview and edit questions in a database of question categories. As your site grows bigger, so goes the growth of question bank with the questions in them.
Vadim Dvorovenko, Head of informational support at Kemerovo State University of Culture and Arts, Kemerovo, Russia, has shared 4 plugins officially in the Moodle plugins database which we had covered in this post. The plugins are basically meant for managing the question banks by institutes who are managing large question banks.

All the four plugins are supported for Moodle 3.0 and just released Moodle 3.1 versions. The plugins are of local plugin type and needs to be installed in the local directory of your Moodle root directory. The plugins are available as a set of plugins here.
