Moodle Developers Meeting

A general developers meeting was held on October 21st. The meeting covered:

Post Pages - Post Inline - WIRIS
  • Upcoming changes in Moodle 3.0
  • Moving towards PHP7
  • Travis-CI integration

The notes from the meeting were recorded on devpad and are available here.

For me, one of the most interesting bullet points focused on the roadmap to Moodle 3.1 LTS, where you can see in the comments that developers are interested (and waiting) for the new Moodle Association to bear fruit and give them guidance about what the community most wants. This is giving a nod to this new structure and is one indicator there is building support and anticipation around this initiative.

Will you join the Moodle Association? Please take our 30-second survey and let us know.
