From June 27th to 29th, Moodlers around the Mediterranean will gather at the location of the second largest Moodle HQ offices for MoodleMoot Spain 2018, taking place in Barcelona. Organized by HQ themselves, this will be a grand return for “Moots” in the country. Along with Martin Dougiamas, they have confirmed the attendance of Lourdes Guàrdia, Professor of Psychology and Education Sciences at the Open University of Catalonia.

Upcoming ‘Moots’ and Moodle Events in June

June will be a busy month for the Moodleverse, beginning with back-to-back conferences in Eastern Europe. On June 1st, the 8th Western Balkans and First Macedonian Moodlemoot will kick off, with the 8th MoodleMoot Croatia 2018 following on the 5thand 6th less than 600 miles away.

On June 7th, Moodle HQ will participate in EduTECH 2018, Sydney, Australia’s largest education event this year. According to Partnerships Manager Garnet Berry, this year marks the beginning of a higher involvement by Moodle in “key education technology conferences across the globe.”

On the 25th and 26th, the Collaborative Liberal Arts Moodle Project in North America will hold its largest annual event: Academic Technology Administrators Conference 2018.

From the 27th to the 29th, MoodleMoot Spain will top the month of Moodle.
