The list of official Moodle Partners never ceases to grow. If you ask Moodle HQ, these partners are “heroes.” They spread the word on Moodle by offering a complete array of solutions, from consulting to hosting to custom development and everything in between. Partners also help ensure the continued development of the Moodle core, providing 10% of their revenues to Moodle HQ.

The official blog of Moodle HQ features a “5 Questions in 5 Minutes” profile with Synergy Learning, a particularly prominent advocate for Moodle in the UK, Germany, and throughout Europe in general. Since last November, Synergy has been Moodle’s envoy in many of the most important EdTech fairs of the continent.

Synergy Learning started in 1997 as an interactive learning content design company. Moodle quickly rose to prominence in their practice, and the partnership was sealed once and for all in 2005 with Synergy’s certification as an official Moodle Partner. Along with the traditional schools and educational institutions, Synergy Learning’s clients include corporations (PricewaterhouseCoopers), retailers (Halfords), state health care (an NHS trust), and cultural relations agencies (British Council, the Goethe-Intitut). To date, they have developed more than 1,000 projects.
