As per the original release schedule, Moodle HQ team has released the latest point versions for all the supported versions of Moodle core. Today, Moodle HQ team announced the release of Moodle 3.2.3, 3.1.6, 3.0.10 and 2.7.20 versions. However, release of the upcoming Moodle 3.3 is delayed by a week due to slow QA testing.
You can download the latest release from the usual Moodle downloads page or through GitHub repository. Kindly note that security support for versions 3.0 and 2.7 has now ended as this is the last release for these versions.
The new versions contains a list of bug fixes, performance improvements & security fixes. Complete list of changes in new versions is available in the release notes which can be accessed through:

Updates about Moodle 3.3 release:
The QA testing of Moodle 3.3 is close to meet 100% pass rate soon. As of now, 97% of the total 567 tests are marked as passed with 9 are still open and 7 marked as failed. The top 10 community members participating in the QA testing are as follows:
