With the sizable task of developing an organizational culture aligned to core values, laws, and policies at once, Moodle HQ is looking for a “People and Culture Superstar.” The ideal candidate is an HR expert across fields including motivation; employee satisfaction and coaching; workplace legislation, regulations, and policy applicable to Australia; and performance management, review, and compensation.
Ten years or more of professional HR experience in a global context, with high scores in both computer and softer skills, are the main attributes of the desired candidate, who must reside or be willing to move to Perth and be able to legally work there.
