Moodle 3.1 has passed all the 530 Quality Assurance (QA) tests successfully with a herculean effort from all the Moodle community members. Many thanks to all testers who had put a lot of efforts in QA testing of Moodle 3.1 before initial release within less than 4 weeks.
After completing all the QA tests Moodle 3.1 Release Candidate version is released and is now available for download from the development release download page of Moodle Project here. You can also grab your copy of Moodle 3.1 RC1 and test it on your development server. If you find any bug or any issue please report the same in this forum.

Now I am eagerly waiting for the final release of Moodle 3.1 which is coming on next Monday 23rd May, 2016. So stay tuned till then and I will post more updates about new features in Moodle 3.1
