Kaizen And DeVry Take A Majority Stake In EduPristine

A while back we noticed, and then posted about EduPristine – a financial/accounting certification study and training site –  which, at the time, was running Moodle 2.2 and doing some fairly amazing things with it.


We like to follow all things Moodle, as you know, and recently, EduPristine announced that Kaizen Management Advisors and DeVry Inc have acquired a majority stake in their parent company, Neev Knowledge Management Pvt. While the size of the deal is undisclosed, this money will be used to broaden and deepen its course offerings, expand their reach to 15 additional cities in India and improve the site’s technology.
