Some Moodlers are opinionated about plugins. Despite having a clear standards guideline, programming always offer more than one way to solve a problem. Developers tend to group small fixes into one plugin thinking each one does not merit a standalone application. In fact, there is a certain agreement across the experience spectrum preferring small and efficient plugins. They are also easier to try and test. The repo is also in GitHub, available here.
