Moodle HQ Development Process Manager Marina Glancy had to make the announcement again. On a moodle.org thread she reasoned that the “Boost” theme
has really shaken the look of Moodle and the organization of navigation (in a good way!)
At the same time we are still finding little visual or functional problems and we would really like to fix them before the release.
In the past few days, hundreds of contributors around the world performed tests on a previous version, Moodle 3.2 beta.
Attention Moodlers!! Our Moodle 3.2 major release will be delayed for one week.

Moodle HQ has released Moodle 3.2 Release Candidate 2 for developers and testers to continue its important work.
This is the second delay for Moodle 3.2, which will signal a theme and navigation depart from all the previous versions so far. Most notably, it is the beginning of the end of Moodle’s relationship with blocks.
Download Moodle RC at download.moodle.org. or from GitHub.
The new date for Moodle 3.2 is December 5th.
