Allow offline quizzes on Mobile using Offline attempts access rule plugin #MoodleThe plugin works for all Moodle versions since Moodle 2.6 onwards. The plugin is dependent upon the “Moodle Mobile additional features” plugin to be installed on your Moodle site and having the Mobile services enabled.  However, the quiz can be attempted offline only if:

Post Pages - Post Inline - WIRIS
  • There is no time limit set
  • The question behaviour is deferred feedback (with or without CBM) only
  • There is no network address requirement

There are some potential privacy issues related to usage of this plugin which are clearly mentioned in the plugin description as:

“This plugin download the quiz question description and possible answers. The teacher must enable a quiz to be attempted offline.”
You can download your copy of Offline attempts access rule plugin from the Moodle plugins database here. The plugin is a part of few server-side plugins set to support the official Moodle mobile app.
