Moodle 3.0 is about four weeks from release and the Moodle development team is seeking help in getting testing done. (PS – there are over 500 tests that need to be run to check everything).
Getting involved is fairly simple:
- Read over the QA testing guide here to learn how to run tests, reset them, submit fixes, and more.
- Send a note to Rajesh Taneja at the link in this forum. He’ll add you to the Moodle Tester Group in the Moodle Tracker.
- Start testing!
As noted in the forum – Moodle is looking for a 100% pass rate in the next three weeks to make sure everything is polished and in place for the release.
Have you helped to test a release of Moodle in the past? What was your experience? Tell us about it in the comments below!
