Early Thursday morning May 7th the QA cycle for Moodle 2.9 was completely passed, that’s nearly 500 tests which were validated by the community and staff. Way to go to all of the amazing bug testers!

In addition, Moodle.org was also recently upgraded to Moodle 2.9 Release Candidate 1 so if y ou’re interested in checking out some of the new features and changes (whether covered here or in the tracker) you can by logging in.
