Virtual Programming Lab releases it’s 3.0 edition with major enhancements/changes

The Virtual Programming Lab (VPL) for Moodle has released it’s version 3.0 for Moodle 2.x with a host of enhancements and changes to the module architecture. VPL, installed in Moodle, allows students to create, run and submit programs directly through the learning management system in a few different computer programming languages. The newest module removes the Java applet dependency of the old module and has adopted a more modern web-based approach (JavaScript, Ajax, HTML5 and WebSocket).
