The full feature set and a link to download is available in the Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tablet.portal&hl=nl

Current version offers collaboration features like: course based Chat, Forums, Video communication Skype support, Push notifications, Wiki project collaboration (content version management), Download/Edit /Upload Assignments and all the beautiful hardware features, today’s tablets are offering.

Initiated by Samsung Thailand, the Dutch based company Smart Learning Apps and the Malaysia based cloud company Anise Asia, started several pilots on universities and companies, using the Moodle platform on their tablets. As a result of these pilots and intensive API coding and App development, Smart Learning Apps presents today the first Moodle Native App for Android tablets.

While the app is free to install it does seem that the product overall comes with a price for institutional use (presumably for the server code required to make the native app work). Find out more at  http://www.educloud.my/en_US/mlp/why
