The Top 100 Tools for Learning is in its 8th year of and has once again unveiled a list of 100 technologies and websites that can be used to enhance learning. Moodle hits the list at number 12 (down one from 2013) which is the highest placement for a learning management system. The ranking is created through the Learning Tools Survey which compiled over 1000 votes from 60+ countries. “Learning Tool” is defined as follows,
