Crisp Theme for Moodle brings another responsive option to the table

Allowing users to access Moodle on their mobile devices is a must have feature for a lot of institutions these days and mobile traffic will only continue to grow. Moodle’s taken giant leaps forward in the past 12 months to unleash a host of Bootstrap-based responsive options for your Moodle site with Clean, More and contributed themes like Essential, Shoelace, Evolve-D and Elegant. A new theme was recently posted to the Moodle forums as well (though not yet to the Moodle plugin repository): Crisp.

Post Pages - Post Inline - WIRIS

Crisp was developed by Arindam Ghosh of Dualcube, a small software shop focused on open source software. The theme features a good look and feel with lots of customization options for your home page:

  • custom heading terms
  • custom images and icons
  • custom slider images

Users also have a consistent docked toggle for their settings and admin blocks (which looks like a house).
