WizIQ recently rolled out improvement in live video streaming by introducing High Definition (HD) quality of videos. The release also introduced security token for secure video sharing with students.

This optimization enables teachers and students to view and share their video content in high quality, without worrying about their privacy or intellectual property.

The new features added to enhance the video streaming experience of users are:

High Definition (HD) videos: Videos uploaded on WizIQ can now be viewed in High Definition (HD) quality. Users can also adjust the quality of videos to low, medium or high, according to their internet connection speed, and experience seamless video playback.

Content Delivery Network (CDN): The Content Delivery Network (CDN) ensures that users across the globe experience uniform, high-quality video playback, irrespective of their location.

Tokenized access and expiring URLs: With the help of tokenized access and expiring URLs, WizIQ ensures the security of videos. This has been introduced to protect teachers’ intellectual property rights (IPR).

Access controls: With this feature WizIQ provides teachers complete control over their videos. They can decide who views, shares and downloads their videos.

Harman Singh, CEO of WizIQ says, “Improvements in video streaming and in the security of content are to make the virtual experience of users as real as possible without compromising on their privacy. In future, we are also planning to introduce an automated bandwidth detection system where the video quality will get automatically adjusted to the internet connection speed.”
