Michael de Raadt, Moodle HQ Development Manager and Scrum Master, recently created a helpful video that explains the agile framework utilized by Moodle HQ. The video helps to explain the process behind the scenes for development by Moodle HQ, how bugs and issues are triaged and tackled, how issues are promoted to be worked on, and how consensus is built around timing and schedule of development. Of course as end users we see this process somewhat reflected at tracker.Moodle.org.
It was very interesting to learn a bit more about what happens behind the scenes at Moodle.org/HQ.

I remember that !! I asked Mickael if he could make me a little handout that I can show my student. I teach Agile and Scrum) And every year we work on this vidéo 🙂
