As if you needed more prompting to submit a presentation proposal for this 2nd annual iMoot virtual conference. This year’s iMoot organizers are dedicated to ensuring that the quality of presentations is as high (even higher!) than last year’s great slate of presentations and webinars. In order to “raise the bar” they are offering a contest:
All presenters who submit a proposal to the iMoot site by February 19th, 2011 will be eligible to win 3 Packt Moodle books (estimated value at $100!). According to the announcement,
This year we are seeking submissions targeted at all levels of moodle user. From novice teachers looking for new ideas, examples and case studies right through to developers wanting to know how to write or access the best code. We are splitting these into 2 streams titled “How To’s” and “Case Studies“. For the first time we are also seeking “Academic Papers“. These may not be directly Moodle orientated but focused on new learning trends, pedagogical shifts or new online education delivery based research.
If you have knowledge to share, we want to hear from you.
So don’t delay, submit early and often with your best Moodle presentation ideas by visiting the iMoot presentation proposal page and you could win some great Moodle texts.
