The Drag and Drop File Upload block by Davo Smith (@davosmith) has been released in the Moodle.org plugin and addon database: http://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?d=13&rid=4963. As shown before the plugin adds some nifty drag and drop functionality for file uploads right to course topics. Check out my past post for more details: http://goo.gl/EJR1u.

Hi Joseph. Davo’s has a Moodle 1.9 version of the drag and drop plugin as well.
