Found this really great theme under development yesterday at Moodle.org. Mauno Korpelainen, the developer, has a few goals for the theme, one of which is allowing for maximum end user customization/preference. Similar to the presets available with the Leeds City College theme [http://moodle.leedscitycollege.ac.uk/], the Stylist theme allows for developers to upload preset color schemes and banners/background images to provide infinite possibilities.
