MoodleMoot UK 2010 – 10 weeks to go
Pre-registrations pass the 300 mark and call for papers released
A lot has happened since we first announced that ULCC will be hosting MoodleMoot UK 2010 on 13 & 14 April 2010, shortly before Christmas. Pre-registration now stands at 310, a great display of support and interest into MoodleMoot and an additional motivation to put on a great event; as if ever we needed one. We are aiming to release tickets before the end of February and will keep pre-registration open until then. To be amongst the first to know, simply sign up to our mailing list and we will be in touch once tickets become available.
We now also launched a dedicated conference website, providing all information about MoodleMoot UK in one place. Most importantly at this stage, we opened the call for papers for the parallel breakout sessions and encourage submissions from all types of Moodle users and sectors. Detailed submission guidelines and the appropriate form can be found on our conference website.
We will be hard at work, putting together two days packed with thought provoking keynotes and engaging workshops whilst offering you the chance to meet fellow Moodlers. So make sure you send in your proposal and share your experience and work with the community.
Finally we’d like to invite sponsorship for the event. There’s a range of sponsorship options available ranging from exhibition stands in the breakout/catering area, evening entertainment sponsorship to the contribution of conference prizes. In the first instance please get in touch with either Tim or Frank in ULCC’s marketing department at [email protected].
