Who doesn’t have 15 minutes to spare? These 1 minute tutorials covering a wide range of Moodle tasks, processes and tips is a great way to introduce any teacher to Moodle. Fast.
Created by Wesleyan University (gone Moodle); the tutorials provide an overview of the essential Moodle knowledge. While introductory in nature, they do provide a quick reference for Moodlers. The topics are well labeled and a similar set of tutorials could go a long way in creating a nice foundation/knowledge base for your Moodle-using organization.
Watch all 15 minutes at http://moodle.blogs.wesleyan.edu/ (and then stay for the 4 minute encore for an additional Moodle-boost). And that’s not to mention the wealth of other great resources available: Blackboard/Moodle comparisons, Migration FAQs, and so much more.
I was really keen to see the videos but I do get frustrated by having to log in to everything and have now given up
Bob, if you’re using the navigation on the right hand side (which has the header “Moodle in fifteen…”) then there’s no login (I actually have never been asked to login when looking through the Wesleyan resources).
Hope you’re able to access it more easily…the videos a great, short tutorials for Moodle.
