Here’s a quick [4 minutes] video on the process of embedding a Google Form into your Moodle classroom.  If you’re looking for a quick way to capture anonymous data, or to solicit information from non-registered users then this might be a great way to integrate Google Forms into your Moodle site and/or classroom.
