Todd Diakow (@2techU | gET IT consulting blog), a classroom teacher and IT Integration Specialist in Alberta Canada created this great introduction to Moodle Prezi.  The presentation is well organized into 4 parts, 1. Where to get help, 2. Best Practices, 3. Features, and 4. Manipulation.

Go straight to the Prezi:

He shares a laundry list including many of the tutorial sites, course sample sites and resources that have been shared here and a few new great ones that are well worth the discovery.

I especially like Todd’s section on course design which highlights the importance of text/image placement and color in your course based on research showing where student/user eyes track on a webpage.  See the image below for a sneak peak of the “F Pattern”.

If you’ve got a few minutes in this slow holiday season, join Todd for a walk through Moodle.
